About CAIS

Central Asia Industrial Systems (CAIS) is an industrial integrator and localization operator focused on launching national-brand production of specialized equipment in Uzbekistan.

CAIS acts as a coordination platform between European OEMs and local manufacturing plants, assuming responsibility for licensed technology transfer, production setup, quality governance, and certification.

CAIS focuses on selected categories of specialized equipment where localization requires regulated operation, certified service readiness, and integration into national infrastructure systems.

All equipment is produced under a national brand with European quality standards and a local content level starting from 35%, enabling access to public procurement and reducing dependency on imports.

Beyond core localization programs, CAIS selectively develops projects in utility modernization, energy efficiency, and localized production of pumping and heat exchange equipment.

How We Operate

CAIS operates as an industrial execution platform that manages the full localization process from OEM engagement to serial production and long-term operation.

We start by aligning European OEM technologies with local manufacturing capabilities, regulatory requirements, and national localization criteria.

CAIS coordinates licensed technology transfer, production setup, supplier localization, and quality control frameworks at manufacturing plants in Uzbekistan.

Once production is launched, service infrastructure, spare parts supply, and modernization programs are integrated to support both newly produced and existing equipment fleets.

Technology Transfer & Production Setup

CAIS coordinates licensed technology transfer from European OEMs to local manufacturing plants in Uzbekistan.

This includes adaptation of production processes, engineering documentation, tooling, supplier localization, and quality requirements to enable compliant serial production.

Service, Modernization & Spare Parts

Service, modernization, and spare parts programs are integrated as mandatory lifecycle phases of localization projects implemented by CAIS.

This approach ensures long-term operational reliability, OEM-compliant maintenance, and structured modernization throughout the full equipment service life.

Headquarters & Regional Presence

CAIS is headquartered in Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan, serving as a central coordination hub for industrial localization initiatives and long-term OEM integration programs across the region.
